Abstract

Método para la producción automática y continua de cubitos de hielo, caracterizado porque está basado en el flujo de agua dirigido dentro de una disposición apropiada, consistente fundamentalmente en la combinación de una bomba eléctricamente accionada, un conjunto de enfriamiento, un depósito de agua en el que están sumergidos los salientes del elemento de enfriamiento del conjunto, dos ruedas hidráulicas, un agitador para el agua del depósito y un sistema electrohidráulico para coordinar el funcionamiento de dichas unidades con el fin de conseguir en forma continua y automática dicha producción de cubitos o cubos de hielo.
