Abstract

Una estructura de sierra y corte para la tala de árboles que comprende un soporte sustancialmente en forma de U con un espacio para que se acople el árbol; por lo menos un dispositivo de sujeción montado en dicho soporte para sujetar el soporte contra un árbol acoplado en dicho espacio y el cual va a ser talado; un dispositivo de cadena de sierra sujetado por dicho soporte para su movimiento operativo en dicho espacio para llevar a cabo un serrado incompleto de dicho árbol; un dispositivo de corte o cizalla sujetado sobre dicho soporte al mismo nivel sustancialmente que el dispositivo de cadena de sierra para un movimiento de cizalla sustancialmente en una dirección opuesta a la del movimiento operativo del dispositivo de cadena de sierra, estando dicho dispositivo de cadena de sierra montado para su movimiento operativo desde una posición protectora en el interior de dicho soporte dentro del espacio para que se acople el árbol, en una dirección alejada de dicho soporte siendo dicha dispositivo de corte o cizalla.
