Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de soluciones solubilizables y estabilizadas de 2-cloro-ll-84-metil-I- piperizanil)9dibenz [b,f] [1,4] oxazepina o una sal farmaceúticamente aceptable de la misma, caracterizado porque comprende disolver dicha oxazepina o su sal en aproximadamente 50% y 80% en volúmenes de solución acuosa de propilenolicol, ajustar el pH a aproximadamente 5,0 hasta aproximadamente 7,0 con ácido clorhídrico a 10%, calentar la solución a 60ºC durante 30 minutos, enfriar la solución a temperatura ambiente, reajustar el pH entre 5,0 y 7,0 aproximadamente con ácido clorhídico a 10%, diluir la solución a 100 por 100% con agua, filtrar la solución para eliminar las partículas sólidas, esterilizar con refiltrado la solución a través de una membrana resistente al disolvente de 0,2 a 1,2 micras para obtener una solución final que tiene una potencia de 2,0% a 5,0% de ingrediente activo.
