Abstract
Procedimiento para desulfurar un aceite de alimentación que contiene asfalteno, que contiene azufre y metales, a una presión de hidrógeno entre 70 y 350 kg/cm2 y una temperatura entre 316 y 482 ºC, que comprende pasar dicho aceite, junto con hidrógeno, en sentido descendente, a través de etapas primera y segunda de hidrodesulfuración en serie, comprendiendo el catalizador de dicha segunda etapa metales del grupo IV y grupo VIII junto con una cantidad activadora, que comprende 1 a 10 por ciento en peso, de metal de grupo IV-B aplicado por impregnación sobre un soporte que no se craquea, comprendiendo el catalizador de dicha primera etapa metal del grupo VI y grupo VIII sin dicha activación con metal del grupo IV-B sobre un soporte que no se craquea, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento una etapa de evaporación instantánea entre dichas primera y segunda etapas, para retirar gases contaminadores de la corriente de aceite que fluye desde dicha primera a dicha segunda etapa, y retirar aceite desulfurado de dicha segunda etapa.
