Abstract
1,095,673. Non-linear resistors. DANFOSS A/S. June 28, 1965 [July 3, 1964], No. 27311/65. Heading H1K. [Also in Division H2] A poly-crystallic junctionless, non-rectifying solid state switch suitable for use in a series lamp circuit (see Division H2) consists predominantly of tellurium with additions of Group IV and Group V elements of the Periodic Table. A preferred example comprises 67À5% of tellurium, 25% of arsenic and 7À5% of germanium.
