Abstract

A method and its corresponding apparatus for separating particles from a gas stream in which they are suspended, said method comprising, a structure with a camera, an elongated tubular conduit through which said gases and particles circulate, said conduit having an outlet opening to said chamber, means for circulating said gaseous current along said conduit from an end remote from it towards said outlet opening said duct having a side wall having an opening therein, said opening in the side wall being substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of said duct and adjacent, but upstream, relative to said outlet opening, and cyclone separator means having an inlet that directly communicates with said opening in the side wall.
