Abstract
Procedure for obtaining solid, cold water soluble preparations of dyes or optical lighteners, characterized in that the dye or optical lightener is dissolved with a combination of a substance capable of forming hydrogen bonds and an aprotonic polar substance or firstly in one of both components, no matter in which succession, then adding the other component, reacting the combination formed of the aprotonic polar substance and the substance capable of forming hydrogen bonds, in such a way that the reaction of the last components result in an adduct, in whose mass is contained under fine division the colorant or optical clarifier initially involved in the process; in the realization of which is the dye or optical clarifier that participates in the combination in proportions of 30 to 60% by weight, preferably between 40 and 50% with respect to the final composition of the adduct, which is incorporated under the physical state of powder, aqueous solution or press cake at the beginning, and because it is treated with one of the forming components of the adduct or of the combination or optionally other additives until its dissolution in it before the reaction-forming stage of said adduct, the composition eventually passing by a final phase of melting at a temperature dependent on the boiling point of the polar compound and the melting point of the adduct that ranges from 100º to 200ºC, then cooling the mass and eventually crumbling it.
