Abstract

Procedure for the preparation of anisotropic gel membranes based on polyperazinamides, characterized in that its implementation comprises the succession of the following steps: first - preparation of a solution of polyperazinamide in an appropriate organic solvent; whose polypeiperazine has the structure defined by the general formula (I): **(See formula)** in which n is an integer high enough to give the polymer an appropriate molecular weight for membrane formation; the group defined by the general formula (II) **(See formula)** is a bivalent organic radical derived from piperazine, where x represents an integer from 0 to 8, and where R is a substituent group such as alkyl, in particular methyl or ethyl; -K- groups represent dicarboxylic acids and, at least 10 mol%, have a structure defined by the general formula (III) **(See formula)** where X is oxygen or sulfur, R'and R'', the same or different from each other, are hydrogen, alkyl and/or aryl radicals, second - extension of the solution on a glass plate; third - partial evaporation of the solvent; fourth - coagulation of the membrane by immersion in water and finally, preferably, fifth - heat treatment of the membrane.
