Abstract
An electrical power transformer device, comprising electric winding means arranged in a reservoir provided with fluid cooling means, said electrical winding means including: a plurality of flat or cracked type coils spaced axially, having each a first and second opposite major exterior surfaces, an opening extending between its main surfaces, and inner and outer edges or edges, means electrically connecting said plurality of flat coils enabling at least one path of series travel through said electrical winding means, insulated screen means, arranged around the inner and outer edges of at least some of said flat coils, u-profile or channel insulating members having wing portions joined by a dorsal part and are arranged around said insulated screen media and at the edges outer and outer of said flat coils, insulating washer-shaped members disposed between said flat coils spaced apart axially, and spacing means disposed between the insulating washer members and the main surfaces of the adjacent flat coils, to enable conduits of cooling together the main surfaces of said flat coils, at least the wing part of some of said insulating members being U-shaped stepped inward with incoming steps and separated at a distance, and of a predetermined dimension, to enable openings of inlet and outlet for cooling ducts.
