Abstract
Procedure for obtaining triazol-pyrimidine derivatives of the formula ** (See formula) ** in which R1 is chosen from amino radicals, amino radicals bearing at least one acyl radical of the formula R4.CO-, where it means both an alkyl radical and an alkoxy radical with 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and phenyl and halophenyl radicals ; R1 also means alkylamino radicals of 1 to 4 carbon atoms and dialkylamino radicals where each alkyl radical has between 1 and 4 carbon atoms; R2 is chosen from alkyl radicals of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, cyclopentyl radicals and alkenyl radicals of 3 to 4 carbon atoms; R3 signifies both hydrogen and an alkyl radical of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; one of the X and Y signifies an oxo radical, and the other of the X and Y signifies both hydrogen and a methyl radical, and when X signifies an oxo radical, the nucleus contains a double bond between the carbon atoms at positions 6 and 7, and when Y means an oxo radical, the nucleus contains a double bond between the carbon atoms in positions 5 and 6, characterized in that it comprises heating a triazolo-pyrimidine derivative of the formula: ** (See formula) ** in which R1 and R3 have the meanings expressed above while one of the D and E means a radical of the formula R2O- and the other of the D and E signifies both hydrogen and a methyl radical, and which R2 has the meaning expressed above, at a temperature comprised between 150ºC and 300ºC.
