Abstract
Plato porta-cuchillas, caracterizado por que está constituido por un cuerpo base o plato propiamente dicho, dispuesto para fijarse en la máquina herramienta por cualquier procedimiento usual y provisto de tantos taladros, inclinados respecto al eje, como cuchillas haya de tener, en cada uno de los cuales se sujeta una de las cuchillas; que a su vez está formada por un vástago, que se aloja en el taladro, y una cabeza redonda o poligonal, fijándose él vástago por un tornillo de presión o disposición equivalente, mientras que tal cabeza, y su asiento en el plato llevan labradas dos partes que se corresponden y hacen tope, de modo que se imposibilita el giro de la cuchilla.
