Abstract

1. Envase de distribución o comercialización, que comprende una bandeja (1) de material flexible resiliente, por ejemplo cartulina o plástico, que tiene un fondo (3) y por lo menos cuatro paredes laterales (4) plegadas hacia arriba desde el fondo (3) y una tapa (2) que cierra la abertura de la bandeja (1) y dicha tapa se puede unir al borde superior de la bandeja con ayuda de por lo menos dos solapas de fijación (5) que se extienden desde la abertura de la bandeja (1), estando prevista la tapa (2) en su posición sobre la bandeja para retener la tapa (2) en su posición sobre la abertura de la bandeja (1) consisten en prolongaciones de por lo menos dos paredes laterales (4), cuyas prolongaciones están ininterrumpidas dirigidas hacia arriba y rectas en el plano de la pared lateral, para formar por lo menos una solapa marginal (5) en cada una de las paredes laterales (4), teniendo dichas solapas marginales (5) una altura o longitud mayor que el doble del espesor del material de la tapa (2) y atravesando hendiduras o ranuras (6) formadas en el perímetro de la tapa (2), y las solapas marginales (5) con ayuda de lengüetas de fijación (7) se sujetan en dichas ranuras por lo que, después de quitada la tapa (2), las paredes laterales (4) de la bandeja (1) se pliegan automáticamente hacia arriba de una forma conocida, debido a las cualidades resilientes de material y constituyen la forma de un plato para ofrecer un mejor acceso al contenido del envase. 2. Envase según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las paredes laterales (4) se conectan entre sí por una estructura esquinera (9) consistente en áreas (16-18) divididas por líneas rayadas (12-40, 30) cuyas áreas se conectan a las paredes laterales adyacentes (4) y las líneas rayadas y las áreas se extienden enterizas desde las partes esquineras de la bandeja (1) y tienen una longitud que corresponde principalmente a la altura de la pared lateral proporcionando partes esquineras tensas de la bandeja (1) armada. 3. Envase según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las solapas marginales (5) tienen una longitud de prolongación horizontal que, preferiblemente por la longitud de una lengüeta de fijación (7), excede de la longitud de cada una de las dos ranuras opuestas (6) previstas a lo largo de dos partes marginales de la tapa (2). 4. Envase según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque la estructura esquinera (9) de la bandeja (1) consiste en cuatro áreas (16, 17) divididas por líneas rayadas (12, 13, 14) de las cuales la línea rayada (14) de las dos áreas adyacentes interiores (17), continúa una corta distancia sobre la parte inferior o fondo (3) de la bandeja (1) en dos líneas rayadas desviadas (30) que tienen la misma longitud y cuyos extremos, que principalmente continúan lineales a la línea rayada exterior (31) de fondo (3), se conectan entre sí por una línea rayada de conexión (32) de modo que en la parte esquinera de la bandeja (1), en el fondo (3), se forme un corte (18) de la esquina inferior cuando searma la pieza troquelada (20), cuyo corte se extiende oblicuamente hacia fuera y proporciona las áreas (16, 17) que forman el borde de la esquina de la bandeja (1), para quedar tensas contra el interior de las paredes laterales (4). 5. Envase según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque las lengüetas de fijación (7) están delimitadas por aberturas formadas por ranuras (26) en las partes de los extremos de las solapas marginales (5) en la región del borde superior de la bandeja (1); las lengüetas de fijación (7) cuando se doblan hacia el interior o hacia fuera, están previstas para fijar la tapa (2) que se coloca sobre la bandeja (1) y sobre las solapas marginales. 5.
