Envoltura textil no tejida para compresas sanitarias caracterizada porque presenta una estructura integrada en tres capas que incluye una primera capa para formar una superficie de contacto con la piel, una tercera capa para formar la cara posterior y una segunda capa entre la segunda y tercera capas, donde la primera capa está constituida por fibras de rayón con una finura de 1, 5 a 3 deniers y termoplásticas, siendo la relación ponderal de fibra de rayón a fibras termoplásticas de 40/60 a 70/30 y estando las fibras de rayón y las fibras termoplásticas densamente compactadas en forma similar al papel; la segunda capa está constituida por fibras de rayón con una finura de 3 a 7 deniers y fibras termoplásticas, siendo la relación ponderal de fibra de rayón a fibras termoplásticas de 60/40 a 90/10 y estando las fibras de rayón y las fibras termoplásticas flojamente compactadas; la tercera capa está constituida por fibras de rayón con una finura de 1, 5 a 3 deniers y fibras termoplásticas y larelación ponderal de fibra de rayón a fibras termoplásticas es de 40/60 a 90/10; la densidad de la estructura en tres capas es de 15 a 30 g/m2.
