Abstract

Dispositivo de freno de doble acción para ruedas autoorientables, caracterizado por hallarse constituido por una palanca acodada en forma de manivela, que atraviesa horizontalmente la horquilla autoorientable a través de un orificio y queda retenida en la parte opuesta de la horquilla mediante tuerca, presentando el tramo que se halla situado en el interior de la horquilla un aplastamiento central que le hace aumentar de diámetro, aplastamiento que queda ubicado entre las dos zonas planas de una lámina elástica que doblada sobre si misma hace las veces de muelle, abrazando en la zona de doblado un tornillo-eje que se fija sobre la horquilla, presentando el extremo superior del muelle una aleta saliente que se introduce en las estrías periféricas que presenta el casquete del cojinete de la horquilla, mientras que el extremo de la zona inferior del muelle, se dobla sobre si mismo definiendo una amplia superficie de contacto que hará de freno contra la rueda.
