Abstract

Válvula accionada por flotador, caracterizada porque comprende dos miembros de válvula que tienen caras pulidas adyacentes que se deslizan en relación mútua, definiendo cada uno de los miembros una abertura de paso hasta una de dichas caras respectivas, paso que, al efectuarse el deslizamiento relativo de ambos miembros, queda alineado con el otro, abriendo así la válvula para permitir el paso del líquido por los miembros de la válvula, cerrándose la válvula por el deslizamiento relativo de los dos miembros para colocar los pasos sin alineación entre si, incluyendo además la válvula un flotador acoplado operativamente a uno de los dos miembros de la válvula por lo que la variación, durante el uso, de la posición de la altura del flotador, según indica el nivel del líquido en donde está situado el flotador, hace que el primer miembro de la válvula se deslice respecto al segundo miembro de la válvula como se ha dicho antes para abrir y cerrar la válvula.
