Dispositivo de centraje y fijación de un asiento a la carrocería de un vehículo de motor, que utilizando tornillos para realizar la propia fijación del asiento, caracterizado porque sobre la zona de los orificio (5, 16) para el paso de los propios tornillos (3) de fijación se han previsto respectivos anillos (4) en forma de embudo, determinantes del medio de centrado de dichos tornillos (3).
