Abstract

Sports goal (1) that includes a self-supporting structure that has a flat base (11), a part of the structure, called "frame part" (12) delimits an opening (O) on a front face (AV) of the structure, the structure integrates means for modifying the dimensions of the opening including: - telescopic elements including female parts (20) and male parts (21) slidingly mounted on the female parts; - locking means (3) of a sliding depth of the male parts in the female parts, the locking means, on the frame part, are arranged on a rear face (AR) of the structure that include, for each part male sliding on a female part: - a blocking member (31) located on the female part; - cooperation means (32) with the blocking member, the cooperation means are integrated in the male part and extend longitudinally over the male part, at least in the frame part (12) of the structure, and for each part male (21) sliding in a female part (20), the male parts have a tubular profile that delimits an internal space, and the cooperation means (32) include sliders (320) that protrude inside the internal space of the male part.

DESCRIPTION

Adjustable sports goal

The domain of the invention is that of the preparation and manufacture of sports equipment.

More specifically, the invention concerns a sports goal (and more precisely a goal that can be used to practice soccer, handball, hockey, ...), which can be easily installed or moved on a playing field, and which It allows the realization of different types of sports training or in competition.

A sports goal and mainly a soccer goal includes a structure that forms a goal provided with an opening on its front face.

The structure classically has two uprights and an upper transverse bar that delimit the opening. Depending on the needs of the establishments (sports training centres, communities,...) that have sports fields, different types of goal can be used.

In the field of the invention, football goals permanently installed on a sports field are mainly known. These goals are designed to be able to present a significant longevity and the uprights are conventionally coupled to the ground by means of foundations.

Goals have been proposed that can be easily removed from a sports field. These goals mainly include tubes sealed in the foundations and feet that extend from the lower extremity of the uprights and are complementary to the tubes.

These goals, permanently installed or that can be easily dismantled, have technical characteristics that allow their approval by federal, national or international sports administrative authorities, for the practice of soccer within the framework of competitions.

Soccer goals that can be easily moved are also known.

In an example of application of one of these goals, the structure also includes a flat base that has two crosspieces and a lower crossbar, the uprights and the upper crossbar extend above this flat base. The structure of the goal is rigid.

The flat base can be provided with rolling means to facilitate the movement of the goal.

In the framework of the training of different teams of various ages, it may be necessary for an establishment to have different sizes of goals, among which, for example:

- “senior” goals that are 7.32 m wide and 2.44 m high;

- “small” goals that are 6 m wide and 2.1 m high;

- "mini" goals that are 4 m wide and 1.5 m high.

The goals equipped with rolling means are proposed in these different sizes. It is therefore easy for an establishment to change the goals that equip its sports fields to allow various types of training to be carried out.

They have a rigid structure, the "rolling" goals can also be easily approved by sports administrative authorities.

However, this conception requires the purchase of several goals of different sizes and, consequently, also requires the capacity to store them.

The prior art also proposes adjustable goals that have a self-supporting structure that has means for modifying the dimensions of the opening. These modification means take the form of telescopic elements and locking means complementary to the modification means.

A goal of this type is known from US 5 080 375 A1, which discloses a sports goal including a self-supporting structure having a flat base, a part of the structure, called "frame part" defines an opening on a front face of the structure, the entire structure means for modifying the dimensions of the opening that include: telescopic elements that include female parts and male parts slidingly mounted on the female parts; and means for locking a sliding depth of the male parts in the female parts. On the frame part, the locking means include, for each male part sliding in a female part: a locking member located on the female part; and a means of cooperation with the blocking member, the cooperation means are integrated in the male part and extend longitudinally on the male part.

Said goals, although they allow to present different sizes, cannot be homologated by sports administrative instances. Indeed and among other things, they do not have a structure that allows a soccer ball to have a satisfactory bounce if it were to touch a "frame part" of the structure that delimits the opening. The purpose of the invention is to alleviate the drawbacks of the prior art.

More precisely, the invention aims to propose a goal that can be moved and has adaptable dimensions.

The invention also has the objective of proposing said goal with technical characteristics that do not produce, or in any case little, differences in results with respect to a classic goal according to the prior art when a sports ball comes into contact with the structure.

The invention also aims to propose such a goal whose displacement and modification of its dimensions can be carried out easily and quickly.

These objectives, as well as others that will appear below, are achieved thanks to the invention that has as its objective a sports goal including a self-supporting structure that has a flat base, a part of the structure, called "frame part" that delimits an opening on a front face of the structure, the structure integrating means for modifying the dimensions of the opening including:

- telescopic elements including female parts and male parts slidingly mounted on the female parts;

- locking means for a sliding depth of the male parts in the female parts, and, in the frame part, the locking means are arranged on a rear face of the structure and include, for each male part that slides in a female part:

- a blocking member located in the female part;

- cooperation means with the blocking member, the cooperation means are integrated in the male part and extend longitudinally on the male part,

and, at least in the framework part of the structure, and for each male part that slides into a female part, the male parts have a tubular profile that delimits an internal space, and the cooperation means include a slider that protrudes inside the internal space of the male part.

Thanks to the invention, it is possible to have a goal that can be easily moved thanks to the self-supporting capacity of its structure while it can have different dimensions.

This ability of the goal to have different dimensions allows sports establishments, such as soccer training centers, to use only a single pair of these goals to carry out different types of training. Mainly, these goals can be used with young players for whom a small goal dimension is necessary, or with senior players who would need goals with larger, classical dimensions.

Furthermore, thanks to the positioning of the blocking means and their design, the rebound of the ball cannot be disturbed, during a phase of the game, by itself. In fact, being positioned towards the rear of the structure, these blocking means are not located on a part of the structure on which a soccer ball could bounce during the game phase. In this way, the goal according to the invention can be approved by the sports administrative authorities, for example, to authorize the use of the goal according to the invention during competitions.

The slider advantageously makes it possible to form at least part of the cooperation means. In fact, allowing at least partially to give rigidity to the male part, the slider forms a means of cooperation adapted to the regulation of a depth of slide.

Preferably, at least in the frame part of the structure, and for each male part sliding in a female part, the cooperation means include holes distributed along the male part at predefined lengths.

This conception allows the goal to assume predetermined dimensions. Thus, the goals can be regulated with precise dimensions corresponding to specific training sessions or for different age classes of players.

For example, some holes can be positioned so that the goals have dimensions adapted for seniors or for young people under 10 years of age.

According to a preferred feature, at least in the part of the frame of the structure, the male parts include reinforcing ribs that protrude inside the internal space.

Said reinforcing ribs allow the structure of the goal to be made rigid while they are contained inside the male parts.

According to a preferred embodiment, at least in the male part of the structure, and for each sliding male part in a female part, each blocking member includes:

- a cylinder protruding from an external surface of the female part, on the rear face of the structure; - a blocking pawl housed inside the cylinder, the pawl having a prevention body and a blocking rod complementary to the cooperation means.

Said blocking members form a simple and robust solution to allow the adjustment of the sliding depth.

In this case and advantageously, at least in the frame part of the structure, and for each sliding male part in a female part:

- the holes are distributed on a bottom of the slider;

- the locking rod is capable of protruding inside the slider, the locking rod cooperates with a hole in a locking position of the locking pawl at a sliding depth.

Blocking and regulation are thus carried out in a precise and robust way. Furthermore, the locking rod must then pass through the internal volume of the slider to reach the bottom of the slider. Thus, the alignment of the male parts with the female parts is reinforced.

According to an advantageous feature, the blocking member includes elastic return means for the blocking pawl in its blocking position, the blocking rod being able to slide in each of the holes.

According to this conception, locking is performed simply by dragging the lock pawl to unlock the slide, and letting the pawl be returned to its lock position when the lock rod is aligned with a hole to lock the slide.

Preferably, the locking member includes a bayonet fixing system that allows the locking pawl to be kept in an unlocked position.

In this case, an attraction of the blocking pawn in its unlocked position and performing a rotation (a quarter turn, for example) allows the blocking pawn to be held in a position where it does not apply pressure on the cooperation means. Therefore, the regulation of the goal is facilitated.

According to another advantageous feature, the holes each have an internal thread, and the locking rod has a thread complementary to the internal threads of the holes.

The pawns must therefore be screwed to block the slide. This conception is particularly robust.

According to a preferred embodiment of the goal according to the invention:

- the flat base has a U-shape made up of a lower beam and two crosspieces;

- the frame part has a U-shape composed of an upper crossbar and two uprights, the flat base and the frame part are joined to each other at the ends of their U-shapes.

The structure thus has a simple shape suitable for ensuring its self-supporting function.

Advantageously, the uprights, the lower crossbar and the upper crossbar are made up of male and female parts of telescopic elements, and the goal includes two three-dimensional monobloc elements each presenting:

- one of the parts of one of the uprights;

- one of the sleepers;

- one of the parts of the lower rail.

Each three-dimensional monobloc element then presents a conception of a single piece that participates in the self-supporting capacity of the structure. In fact, each of these elements gives the structure significant rigidity.

Preferably, each three-dimensional monobloc element includes a force jamb between the part of the upright and the crossbar.

The strength jambs allow the structure to be made even more rigid. In addition, being positioned on the three-dimensional monobloc elements, the force jambs do not hinder the adjustment and locking of the telescopic elements. In the case where the goal includes a net, the force jambs also allow the net to be kept in position.

According to another preferred feature, the goal includes two V-shaped monobloc elements intended to form the upper corners of the frame part, each V-shaped monobloc element has:

- one of the parts of the upright;

- one of the parts of the upper crossbar.

Thus, the frame part must be regulated only at the level of its upper corners.

According to a preferred solution, at least the front face of the structure of the telescopic elements presents a symmetry according to a central plane perpendicular to the flat base and to the front face of the structure.

This concept further improves the ability of the goal to be approved by administrative sports authorities for use in competitions.

Indeed, thanks to this conception, a soccer ball will bounce in the same way if it hits the part of the frame of the structure in its right section or in its left section. More precisely, there is then no asymmetry likely to lead to a different rebound between the left part and the right part of the frame part of the structure.

Advantageously, at least on the front face of the structure, the female parts have a profile of constant thickness.

A bounce of the ball is not modified slightly modified depending on whether the female part or the male part collides. According to a preferred feature, the goal includes:

- an elastic net;

- some joining members of the net to the structure, the joining members are positioned on the female parts and the male parts of the telescopic elements.

Said elastic net allows said net to follow the modification of the dimensions of the opening, without it being necessary to change the net.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the goal includes a ballast fixed to the flat base at the rear of the structure, the ballast has at least one wheel, the wheel projects a surface on which the structure rests, a partial elevation of the front of the goal is suitable for rolling the goal.

This ballast reinforces the goal's ability to stay in place. More precisely, it is then not possible for the goal to move if a ball happens to hit the frame part of the structure.

Furthermore, the use of a rolling ballast that does not need to be removed or modified to allow the goal to be moved forms a particularly practical solution. This ballast also makes it possible to meet regulatory requirements, especially international or national sports standards.

Other features and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of two preferred embodiments of the invention, given by way of illustrative and non-limiting examples, and the attached drawings, among which:

Referring to Figure 1, the sports goal 1 includes a self-supporting structure.

The self-supporting structure features:

- a flat base 11;

- a part of the structure, called "frame part" 12 delimiting an opening O on the front face AV of the structure.

The structure more specifically includes:

- an upper cross bar 121;

- two uprights 122;

- two sleepers 112;

- a lower beam 111.

The flat base 11 and the frame part 12 both have a U-shape. The U-shape specifically has two arms and a central bar joining the two arms.

The flat base 11 is made up of a lower beam 111 and two sleepers 112. The lower beam 111 constitutes the central bar of the U and the sleepers 112 constitute the arms of the U.

The sleepers 112 are coupled perpendicularly to the lower beam 111.

The frame portion 12 is itself composed of the upper crossbar 121 and two uprights 122. The upper crossbar 121 constitutes the center bar of the U and the uprights 122 constitute the arms of the U.

The flat base 11 and the frame part 12 are attached to each other at the ends of their U-shapes. More precisely, the lower ends of the uprights 122 are attached to the front ends of the sleepers 112 opposite the lower stringer 111.

According to the principle of the invention, the structure also includes means for modifying the dimensions of the opening O.

Indeed, as illustrated in figures 2a to 2d, the opening O can have different dimensions. Referring to Figures 2a to 4, these modification means include:

- telescopic elements including female parts 20 and male parts 21 slidingly mounted on the female parts 20;

- locking means 3 of a sliding depth of the male parts 21 in the female parts 20. According to the present embodiment, the telescopic elements are:

- the upper crossbar 121;

- the uprights 122;

- the lower rail 111.

These telescopic elements are therefore made up of at least one female part 20 and at least one male part 21.

In this case and as illustrated in figures 1 to 2d:

- the upper crossbar 121 is made up of two female parts 20 and two male parts 21;

- each upright 122 is made up of a female part 20 and a male part 21;

- the lower beam 111 is made up of two female parts 20 and two male parts 21.

As illustrated in figures 2a to 2d, the two female parts 20 of the upper crossbar 121 are presented by a single female tube.

Similarly, the two male parts 21 of the lower beam 111 are presented by a single male bar. According to one of the characteristics of the present embodiment illustrated by figures 1 to 2d, the telescopic elements have symmetries according to a central plane perpendicular to the flat base 11 and to the front face AV of the structure.

The profiles of the male parts 21, of the female parts 20 and their cooperation are illustrated by figures 5a, 5b and 5c.

The female parts 20 and the male parts 21 are mainly hollow extruded profiles.

According to the principle of the invention, the male parts 21 have a tubular profile delimiting an internal space. The male parts also include reinforcing ribs 210 that protrude inside the internal space.

As illustrated in figure 5b, the female part 20 has an external surface 200 that is smooth mainly on the front face AV of the structure and more precisely on the front face AV of the frame part 12.

The female part 20 also has a smooth internal wall 201 .

Referring to Figure 5c, the female part 20 forms a handle inside which the male part slides. In this way, at least on the front face AV of the structure, the female part 20 forms an extra thickness with respect to the male part 21 whose handcuff shape.

Of course, the female part is designed to limit this excess thickness as much as possible in order to limit its influence on the bounce of a ball as much as possible.

The female part 20 and the male part 21 have a round profile and may, for example, have an external diameter of 100 mm and 89 mm, respectively.

According to other embodiments, these parts 20, 21 can have a profile:

- ovoid;

- square.

Always referring to figures 1 to 2d and according to one of the aspects of the present embodiment, the goal 1 includes two three-dimensional monobloc elements. These three-dimensional monobloc elements partially form the structure of the goal 1 and each one mainly presents:

- one of the parts 20, 21 of one of the uprights 122;

- one of the sleepers 112;

- one of the parts 20, 21 of the lower beam 111.

More precisely, goal 1 includes:

- a left three-dimensional monobloc element featuring:

- the female part 20 of the left upright 122;

- the left sleeper 112;

- the left female part 20 of the lower beam 111;

- a right three-dimensional monobloc element featuring:

- the female part 20 of the right upright 122;

- the right sleeper 112;

- the right female part 20 of the lower beam 111.

In each three-dimensional monobloc element, the female part 20 of the upright 122 forms an angle of 90° with the crosspiece 112, and the crosspiece 112 forms an angle of 90° with the female part 20 of the lower beam 111.

According to the embodiment illustrated in Figures 3 and 4, each three-dimensional monobloc element includes a force jamb 4 between the part of the upright 122 and the crossbar 112. The force jamb joins the upper end of the female part 20 of the upright 122 to the rear end (not shown) of the sleeper 112, the rear end of the sleeper 112 includes that coupled to the lower beam 111.

Referring to figures 3 and 4, the goal 1 also includes two V-shaped monobloc elements that form the upper corners of the frame part 12.

Each V-shaped monobloc element has:

- one of the parts 20, 21 of a post 122, and in particular the male part 21 of the post 122;

- one of the parts 20,21 of the upper crossbar 121, and mainly one of the male parts 21 of the upper crossbar 121.

The two parts 20,21 (and mainly the two male parts 21) form an angle of 90° between them.

As mentioned above, the means for modifying the dimensions of the opening O include locking means 3 at a depth of sliding of the male parts 21 in the female parts 20. According to the principle of the invention and as as illustrated in figures 1, 3 and 4, in the frame part 12, the locking means 3 are arranged on a rear face AR of the structure. The locking means 3 further include, for each male part 21 sliding on a female part 20:

- a blocking member 31 located in the female part 20;

- cooperation means 32 with the blocking member 31, the cooperation means 32 are integrated in the male part 21 and extend longitudinally on the male part 21.

As can be understood, the front part AV of the structure and more precisely the front face AV of the frame part 12 of the structure lacks elements likely to protrude with respect to the external surface of the male parts 21 and the female parts 20 of the telescopic elements that form the frame part 12.

With reference to figures 3, 4, 5a and 5c and as mentioned above, the cooperation means 32 are integrated in the male parts 21 and do not interfere with the sliding of the male parts 21 inside the female parts. twenty.

In other words, the cooperation means 32 can be inscribed inside the hollow volume defined by an internal wall 201 of a female part 20 as illustrated in figures 5b and 5c.

Still according to the principle of the invention, the cooperation means 32 include more precisely a slider 320 for each male part 21.

The sliders 320 extend longitudinally along the male parts 21 and each have a longitudinal opening 322.

As can be seen in figure 5a, the sliders 320 protrude inside the internal space delimited by the tubular profile of the male parts 21.

The cooperation means further include, for each male part 21 that slides in a female part 20, holes 321 that are distributed along the male part 21 at predefined lengths.

The holes 321 are mainly located on a bottom of sliders 320, the bottom is opposite the longitudinal opening 322 inside the slider 320.

Referring to Figures 3 and 4, each locking member 31 includes:

- a cylinder 310 protruding from an external surface 200 of the female part 20, on the rear face AR of the structure;

- a blocking pawl 311 housed inside the cylinder 310, the pawl has a prehensile body 3110 and a blocking rod 3111 complementary to the cooperation means 32.

The prehension body 3110 is integral with the locking rod 3111.

The locking rod 3111 enters inside the hole 321 to lock a sliding depth of the male part 21 inside the female part 20.

According to a first embodiment, the locking rod 3111 slides in a hole 321 when it faces this hole 321.

To this end, the blocking member 31 includes elastic return means (not shown) for the blocking pawl 311 in its blocking position. These elastic return means can, for example, be constituted by a spring housed inside the cylinder 310, around a portion of the locking rod 3111.

According to this embodiment, the adjustment of the sliding depth is carried out by dragging the blocking pawl 311 by means of its prehension body 3110 and, once the correct depth is reached, releasing it so that the blocking rod 3111 enters. the appropriate 321 hole.

According to a second embodiment, not illustrated, each of the holes 321 has an internal thread and each locking rod 3111 has a thread complementary to the internal threads of the holes 321.

In this situation, it is necessary to screw the locking pawl 311 by means of the prehension body 3110 when the correct depth is reached and when the hole corresponding to this depth is opposite the locking rod 3111.

According to the present embodiment illustrated by Figures 3 and 4, the locking rod 3111 passes through the slider 320.

Referring to Figure 6, the goal 1 according to the invention includes an elastic net 5.

The elastic net 5 cooperates with the structure to form a box. For this purpose, the goal 1 also includes some connecting members 50 of the net 5 to the structure.

The connecting members 50 are positioned on the female parts 20 and on the male parts 21 of the telescopic elements.

Referring to figures 3 and 4, the connecting members 50 mainly take the form of hollow tubes coupled to the surface of the telescopic elements.

The connecting members are mainly coupled on the rear face AR of the frame part 12 of the structure of the goal 1.

Referring to figure 3, a connecting member 50 is coupled on each male part 21 of the V-shaped monobloc element forming the upper corner of the frame part 12. The connecting members 50 are more precisely coupled in the immediate vicinity of the joint. of the two male parts 21 so as not to interfere with the sliding of the male parts 21 inside the female parts 20.

The network 5 is extensible. It can, for example, be made with the aid of at least one elastic cord that is extensible by 150%, for example.

The net is fixed or braided to the structure of the goal 1 on an elastic cable inserted inside the connecting members 50.

Finally, as illustrated in the figures by figures 1, 6 and 7, the goal 1 according to the invention includes a ballast 6.

The ballast 6 is fixed to the flat base 11, at the rear of the structure.

This ballast 6 has a central block 60 on which two wheels 61 are attached.

The ballast 6 also has a fixing plate 600 that couples the central block 60 to the single male bar of the lower beam 111. The single male bar has the two male parts 21 of the lower beam 111.

The wheels 61 outcrop a surface on which the structure rests. Consequently, when the goal 1 is resting on the surface, then it cannot be moved with the help of the wheels.

Only a partial elevation of the front part of the goal actually makes it possible to roll the goal on the surface with the help of the wheels 61.

The structure of the goals is preferably made of aluminium. This limits the weight of the structure.

The goals can also be made of steel, PVC or also in composite materials.

Referring to figures 2a to 2d, the goal is represented in different configurations where the opening O has different dimensions. There are, for example, three width dimensions L1, L2 and L3, as well as three height dimensions H1, H2 and H3. These dimensions can for example be the following:

- L1: 2m00;

- L2: 3m00;

- L3: 4m00;

- H1: 1m20;

- H2: 1m50;

-H3; 2:00.

Claims (9)
