Abstract

Cambiador de calor por cristalización continua para producir cristales por evaporación de una solución particularmente de jugo azucarado, calentada mediante vapor de agua, caracterizado porque comprende un haz -2- de tubos horquillados con ramas paralelas repartidos por grupos -G-, cada uno de cuyos grupos está constituído al menos por un tubo -13-, el plano del cual o de cada tubo está inclinado de tal manera que la rama de entrada del vapor esté a un nivel superior al que se encuentra la rama de salida del agua condesada, las cuales ramas son sensiblemente horizontales, caracterizado también porque los grupos -G- están superpuestos de manera que forman, según la longitud del cambiador, unas hileras -R- verticales y paralelas, cada dos adyacentes de las cuales -R1- -R2- están separadas por un cierto intervalo -d-; y también porque las extremidades de los tubos -13- están fijadas a una placa tubular -3- en el lado exterior de la cual está prevista una tabiquería vertical -16- que separa alternativamente los orificios de entrada y los orificios de salida de los tubos -13-.
