OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN.OBJECT OF THE INVENTION.

La siguiente invención se refiere a una máquina para la limpieza y desinfección de instalaciones para la cría de porcino, y más en concreto en su fase de engorde, de forma que una vez que las instalaciones han quedado vacías se procederá a la limpieza y desinfección de las instalaciones quedando listas para acoger unos nuevos animales para su cría y engorde.The following invention refers to a machine for cleaning and disinfecting facilities for pig farming, and more specifically in its fattening phase, so that once the facilities have been emptied, the cleaning and disinfection of the facilities being ready to welcome new animals for breeding and fattening.

ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION.

Como es conocido las instalaciones porcinas deben de reunir un medio ambiente adecuado para favorecer su producción, de forma que las mismas deben de cumplir unas exigencias básicas medioambientales respecto de su temperatura, ventilación o humedad que deben de tener, así como unas apropiadas condiciones de higiene.As is known, pig facilities must have a suitable environment to favor their production, so that they must meet basic environmental requirements regarding their temperature, ventilation or humidity, as well as appropriate hygiene conditions. .

REIVINDICACIONES

1a.- Machine for cleaning and disinfection of facilities for pig farming, where the machine is designed for use in those facilities that are made up of, at least, one corridor and on both sides of said corridor some rooms in which there are located the animals, characterized in that the machine (1) comprises:

• a body (2) mounted on a front running gear (4) and on a rear running gear (4);

• a head (5) located in the upper part of the body (2);

• two arms (6) in opposition fixed to the head (5);

• two connecting rods (7) respectively associated with the two arms (6); where said connecting rods (7) have first ends and second ends opposite the first ends;

• a rotary motion transmission from a first axle (10) of the rear running gear (4) to the first ends of the connecting rods (7) that articulate in a common connection of a rotating part (15) that is connected to a fourth output shaft (13) of the head (5); where said common connection is an eccentric joint with respect to the fourth axis (13);

• two toothed sliders (16) that engage separately with respective pinions (17) to which cleaning and disinfection fluid outlet nozzles (8) are fixed; where the second ends of the connecting rods (7) are hingedly attached to the toothed sliders (16) coupled and linearly guided in some end sections of the arms (6),

• a conduit (9) for the cleaning and disinfectant fluid that reaches the nozzles (8) located in the furthest extreme sections of the arms (6).

2J.- Machine for cleaning and disinfecting facilities for pig farming, according to claim 1, characterized in that:

• the first axle (10) of the rear running gear (4) transfers movement to a second axle (11) parallel to the first axle (10), and from the second axle (11), through a bevel gear (11a) integral to said second axis (11) motion is transferred to a first bevel gear (12a) integral to a third vertical axis (12) perpendicular to the second axis (11) and directed said third axis (12) towards the upper part of the body (2) flowing into the head (5);

• the third shaft (12), through a second bevel gear (12b) integral with said third shaft (12), transfers rotary movement to a bevel gear (13a) embedded in a first end of the fourth output shaft (13) solidary to the piece (15).

3a.- Machine for cleaning and disinfecting facilities for pig farming, according to claim 2J, characterized in that the head (5) is mounted on the upper part of the body (2) of the machine (1) by means of a connection articulated in coincidence with the third vertical axis (12) that allows a rotary movement with respect to said third vertical axis (12).

4th.- Machine for cleaning and disinfecting facilities for pig farming, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting rods (7) transmit to the respective toothed sliders (16) a back and forth movement that is transmitted to the pinions (17) meshed in them and from these to the cleaning and disinfection fluid outlet nozzles (8); where said nozzles (8) are integral with the pinions (17).

5th.- Machine for cleaning and disinfecting facilities for pig farming, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the two arms (6) and the two connecting rods (7) associated with them are extensible and comprise structures telescopic.

6.- Machine for cleaning and disinfecting facilities for pig farming, according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the body (2) of the machine (1) comprises projections (20) on its two opposite sides. where some horizontal wheels (21) of crazy rotation are coupled.

7a.- Machine for cleaning and disinfecting facilities for pig farming, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the conduit (9) of the cleaning and disinfectant fluid is coilable in a reel (22) with turning means to drag the whole machine (1); where said reel (22) is fixed to the body (2) of the machine (1).
