Una disposición de cubierta contra el polvo para la guía de un freno de disco del tipo de agarre localizado de uso en particular en los vehículos automóviles, comprendiendo dicho freno de disco un. soporte de freno inmóvil respecto al vehículo y un cuerpo de freno que puede deslizarse axialmente en la guía en relación con el soporte de freno y que está equipado con un dispositivo de accionamiento, y estando la guía provista de un vástanA de guía hueco axialmente deslizable en un orificio de guía del cuerpo de freno y que está adaptado para ser sujetado al soporte de freno por medio de un elemento de fijación, que le atraviesa, y con un elemento de retención que tiene una zona que se extiende radialmente y que cubre los asientos de guía de la superficie exterior del vástago de guía de una parte y del orificio de guía de la otra, caracterizada porque dicho elemento de retención (17) de dicha cubierta contra el polvo (15) se sujeta en dicho vástago de guía (13) y porque dicha cubierta contra el polvo está provista de una abertura (29) para que dicho elemento de fijación sea insertado a través de ella.
