Dispositivo mecánico, aplicable a bicicletas en general, para la fijación rápida de piezas montadas en tubo redondo metálico, caracterizado porque comprende una estructura fija, que presenta una porción cóncava semi-cilíndrica, con la que coopera una parte semi-fija, similar a una brida y que presenta, igualmente, en posición correspondiente, una porción cóncava semi-cilíndrica; esta parte semi-fija se asegura sobre la estructura fija mediante una varilla tensora, de longitud regulable, en cuya cabeza va abisagrada una palanca excéntrica.
