Abstract

Dispositivo de sujeción para instalar techos planos, en particular para ser utilizado con una membrana elastómera flexible cubriendo una cubierta de techado plana, caracterizado porque comprende, en combinación: (a) un disco que tiene una parte media en forma de cúpula, cóncava hacia abajo y una parte perimétrica transversal contigua, circundante, generalmente plana, siendo la anchura de la parte perimétrica en el sentido radial del disco equivalente a una magnitud aproximadamente entre el 25% y el 50% del radio del disco como un todo; y estando destinada la parte media de su concavidad del lado inferior a recibir una cantidad de un compuesto sellante; y (b) un sujetador del tipo de tornillo o de perno con una longitud suficiente cuando el disco se coloca sobre una membrana en una cubierta de techado, para extenderse desde la parte media del disco haciendo agarre en la cubierta de techado.
