Abstract

Pañal con estanqueidad mejorada, que comprende una esterilla absorbente (1, 101) de forma general sensiblemente rectangular, recubierta en su cara inferior por una lámina flexible (5, 105) impermeable a la humedad, que tiene una anchura y una longitud superiores a las de la esterilla (1, 101) de manera que sobrepase esta última lateralmente y longitudinalmente y asimismo comprende una napa (12, 114) permeable a la humedad, que recubre la cara superior de la esterilla (1, 101) y de la lámina (5, 105), así como medios elásticos (9, 111) que quedan fijados en dicha lámina (5, 105) a lo largo de los dos bordes laterales opuestos (3, 103) de la esterilla y preveyéndose medios de fijación (13, 115) en dicha lámina para cerrar el pañal a la altura del talle del usuario, caracterizado porque la lámina impermeable (5, 105) comporta dos rebatimientos laterales opuestos (7, 107) plegados alrededor de los bordes laterales (3, 103) de la esterilla absorbente (1, 101) sobre la cara superior de la esterilla absorbente, en toda la longitud de dichos bordes laterales, estando fijados los medios elásticos (9, 111) en estado tensado, sobre dichos rebatimientos (7, 107) y de manera que la napa (12, 114) recubre la cara superior de los rebatimientos (7, 107) plegados, estando fijada a esta cara de los rebatimientos.
