Abstract
1. Junta para tubos, particularmente para tubos de acero o de aleación, estanca a presiones elevadas, del tipo que comprende por lo menos un par de superficies de estanqueidad muy poco cónicas dispuestas en por lo menos un extremo del elemento macho (1) o del elemento hembra (2) en la cual el primer contacto (5) de la zona de estanqueidad (3) que se encuentra en el extremo de un elemento (1) se efectúa sobre la superficie de estanqueidad correspondiente (4) del otro elemento (2), caracterizada porque cuando tiene lugar este primer contacto la conicidad de la superficie de estanqueidad (3) que se sitúa en el extremo de uno de los elementos de la junta es inferior a la conicidad de la superficie de estanqueidad (4) correspondiente que está situada en el otro elemento de la junta, pasando las superficies de estanqueidad, cuando tiene lugar el apriete, a aplicarse en su conjunto la una contra la otra con una presión de contacto suficiente para asegurar la estanqueidad, siendo dicha junta poco sensible al gripado. 2. Junta según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque en el momento del primer contacto las generatrices de un par de superficies cónicas de estanqueidad tienen diferencias angulares (B) que corresponden a una pendiente de aproximadamente 0,5 a 2% y preferentemente comprenda entre 0,75 a 1%. 3. Junta según cualquiera de las reivindicciones 1 y 2,caracterizada porque comprende un tope de limitación de roscado (15) que limita el apriete de la junta desde que se ha obtenido las presiones necesarias entre los diferentes puntos de las superficies de estanqueidad. 4. Junta según cualqueira de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque comprende unos fileteados cónicos (fig 11). 5. Junta según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque comprende unos fileteados cilíndricos (Fig9). 6. Junta según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada porque comprende dos pares de superficies de estanqueidad porque comprendedos pares de superficies de estanqueidad (Figs. 14 y 15) dispuestos el uno en el extremo del elemento macho y el otro en el extremo del elemento hembra a una y otra parte de los fileteados. 7. Junta según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque la diferencia angular entre las generatrices de las dos superficies de estanqueidad es tanto más importante cuanto menor es la relación del espesor al diámetro de los tubos. 8.
