Abstract
A joint construction for thin tube and connector is mainly composed of the followings: joint and connectors which are fastened on the circumference of the thin tube, male threads which are on the circumference of the joint ends, joint end surfaces which are at the ends of the male threads, ring which extends out of the circumference of the joint and between the male threads, ring end surfaces which are at the ends of the ring, female threads which inside the connectors are threaded with the male threads, connector end surfaces which are at the ends of the connectors and against with the ring end surfaces, and step end surfaces which are inside the connectors and against with the joint end suefaces. It enables the inclined surfaces at the step end surfaces of the connectors to contact closely with those at one side of the triangle bulges of the thin tubes and the joint side seal rings at the joint end surfaces of the joint to settle closely on the inclined surfaces at another side of the triangle bulges. Its features are those of the ring end surfaces at ends of the ring, the first seal ring which seals the fluid permeant path between the connector end surfaces and the triangle bulges, and the second seal ring which seals that between the hole surfaces and the triangle bulges.
