Abstract

1.Conjunto de zapatas de fricción para horquillas de frenos de disco, del tipo que comprenden una placa de apoyo que tiene una pastilla de material de fricción sujeta a la misma; un pasador sujeto a la placa de apoyo; y un muelle de alambre que tiene una región en espira acoplada sobre el pasador y dos regiones extremas libres; caracterizado porque las dos regiones libres de los extremos se extienden prácticamente en la misma dirección sirviendo una región extrema para hacer tope con la placa de apoyo y la otra región extrema para hacer tope con la horquilla del freno del disco. 2.Conjunto de zapatas según la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dos de los muelles de alambre se acoplan sobre el pasador, extendiéndose los dos extremos respectivos de cada muelle generalmente en direcciones opuestas. 3.Conjunto de zapatas según la reivindicación 2, caracterizado porque el pasador tiene una cabeza para retener los muelles, siendo la tolerancia entre la placa de apoyo y el lado inferior de lacabeza del pasador mayor que dos pero menor que tres diámetros del alambre del muelle. 4.Conjunto de zapatas de fricción para horquillas de frenos de disco.
