Many devices and objects designed to cool beverages are known in the state of the art, but none of them meets the set of objectives that have been achieved with the product presented herein and which aims to solve the problems of the state of the art. technique that these solutions do not solve.

In fact, tanks are known that are designed for the same effect that result from the union of an inner metal body with an outer body of polymeric material, providing an annular gear between said two bodies in the upper part of said tank, where the chamber is filled with coolant and the lower part of the tank is therefore fixed to the outer body by crimping, the inner body thus being supported by shims provided at the bottom. From a technical point of view, the assembly of parts of different materials and the existence of an anti-leak gasket, which can deteriorate with continuous use or due to collision or falling of the tank, bring disadvantages when compared to the tank disclosed in the present document whose double body is entirely made of metal and has no joints or chocks.

In addition, multi-piece adjustment and gear systems are also known that comprise an elastic ring that fits into the annular mouth of the tank, annular mouth that in turn engages the internal and external walls of the tank, with the same disadvantages as have previously described. It should be noted that the tank model described above has a hole at the bottom through which coolant is poured into the chamber, which is then closed with a lid.

The technical problem that the technology presented in this document has to solve can be seen as the conception of a tank that can be designed as a cup or a glass and therefore suitable for drinking a drink, which is intended to cool or preserve said drink, for a prolonged period, at a low temperature, around 0 °, while remaining in that tank and at the same time effectively meeting other requirements such as simplicity of manufacture and use and durability.

Therefore, the present application describes a double-bodied tank for cooling beverages and / or for prolonging the preservation of beverages at a low temperature, comprising an inner body and an outer body entirely made of metallic material, for example aluminum, in which both have a skirt that surrounds their mouths, juxtaposing the skirt of the inner body and the skirt of the outer body - the latter acting as a stop for the former, the two forming, through connection processing, a border that perfectly fixes the two bodies. The tank further comprises a chamber between these two bodies, inaccessible and perfectly sealed, with an available volume circumscribed by the outer wall of the inner body and by the inner wall of the outer body and in which said volume is filled, although not completely, by a sponge impregnated with a fluid, its composition comprising water, monopropylene glycol, sodium silicate and triethanolamine.

On the other hand, the outer body has, directly below and around the mouth, a continuous or discontinuous bottleneck area, in which the outer wall of the inner body and the inner wall of the outer body must be perfectly juxtaposed (except for a small gap) in the bottleneck area (s). It should be noted that preferably each of said bottleneck areas coincides with the skirt of the outer body in order to produce a nozzle-shaped curvature. Therefore, the lips touch the reservoir only in the edging area, this area and the handle being the least cold parts of the reservoir, as appropriate.

The fact that the skirts with which the inner and outer bodies are equipped are juxtaposed, one acting as the butt of the other (and that the outer wall of the inner body juxtaposes, or almost juxtaposes, the inner wall of the outer body in the bottleneck area) allows for quick and easy placement of one body relative to the other, greatly simplifying model production.

The possibility has been foreseen that the tank is equipped with a handle with a slight concavity in the upper part to support the thumb, which provides comfort and ease of handling. The handle must be made of metallic material or polyoxybenzylmethylene glycol anhydride, commonly known as bakelite.

As is evident from the foregoing, the product developed is substantially simpler to manufacture than prior art products and can be produced using standard materials, thus being possible to produce at low cost, this beneficial aspect being supplemented by a number of technical advantages, such as those derived from being unbreakable, from having a perfectly sealed chamber with a great capacity to cool drinks and from not being equipped with any mounting and / or threading.
