Abstract
1. Un casquillo de manguera recalcable, que comprende un cuerpo del tipo de manguito formado de metal en polvo sintetizado, caracterizado por tener una densidad que es al menos aproximadamente el 60% de la densidad teórica, en condición compactada, del metal en polvo y un alargamiento a la tracción de al menos aproximadamente el 2,9%. 2. El casquillo de manguera según la reivindicación 1, en el que el alargamiento a la tracción es de al menos aproximadamente el 10,6%. 3. El casquillo de manguera según la reivindicación 1, en el que el metal en polvo tiene una densidad que es al menos de aproximadamente el 90% de la densidad teórica del 100%, en condición compactada, del metal en polvo. 4. El casquillo de manguera según la reivindicación 1, en el que el manguito está formado de polvo de hierro sinterizado que tiene una densidad, en condición prensada y sinterizada, de al menos aproximadamente 6,8 g/cc. 5. El casquillo de manguera según la reivindicación 1 y que incluye una pluralidad de nervios de aplicación a la manguera, enterizos con el cuerpo de manguito y que se extienden desde una superficie interna del manguito. 6. El casquillo de manguera según la reivindicación 5, en el que los nervios están orientados en sentido longitudinal con respecto a un eje longitudional del manguito. 7. El casquillo de manguera según la reivindicación 5, en el que hay extremos de los nervios que están achaflanados bajo un ángulo de aproximadamente 20º a aproximadamente 45º. 8. El casquillo de manguera según la reivindicación 1, en el que el cuerpo del tipo de manguito es recalcable para pasar de un primer diámetro exterior que es al menos aproximadamente un 20% menor que el primer diámetro. 9.
