Abstract

1. Caperuza de cierre para un recipiente, del tipo que comprende una banda de garantía engranable con el cuello del recipiente y fabricada de forma enteriza con la banda de garantía de material termoplástico en procedimientos de colada por inyección, estando unida la banda de garantía a través de una pluralidad de nervaduras de rotura controlada así como a través de zonas reforzadas con el borde inferior de la caperuza de cierre y presentando el espesor de pared de la banda de garantía en la zona comprendida entre cada dos nervaduras de rotura controlada un refuerzo, caracterizada porque la zona reforzada está constituida por dos nervaduras de sujeción (8) que discurren sensiblemente de forma vertical y porque la banda de garantía está interrumpida entre las nervaduras de sujeción. 2. Caperuza de cierre según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque la sección transversal de ambas nervaduras de sujeción juntas es mayor que la de una sola nervadura de rotura controlada (5). 3. Caperuza de cierre según las reivindicaciones 1 y 2, caracterizada porque las dos nervaduras de sujeción se han dispuesto en la zona comprendida entre dos refuerzos (7) sobre la banda de garantía (4). 4. Caperuza de cierre según la reivindicación 3, caracterizada porque las dos nervaduras de sujeción presentan aproximadamente el mismo espesor de pared que la banda de garantía. 5. Caperuza de cierre para un recipiente.
