Abstract

DESCRIPTION

Wig base provided with trifurcated adjustment mechanism

Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a wig base that covers an entire part of the user's head. More specifically, it refers to a wig base that can improve the placement on the user's head by having a trifurcated adjustment mechanism. The wig base according to the present invention is suitable for making a full head wig placed on the user's head in which part or all of the hair itself is lost due to a congenital cause or an acquired cause such as disease treatment, and the size of the head changes due to the increase or decrease in the volume of hairs on the head during the treatment of a disease.

Description of the related technique

A ready-to-wear or customized base for a full-head wig has so far generally a hat-like shape with a peripheral part according to the shape of the user's head. Such a wig base is usually made of fabric in which a synthetic fiber is woven in mesh. To make the wig base, a full head part is divided into several parts that connect to each other, thereby forming the wig base. As a wig that takes usability into account, for example, in Patent Document 1, it is described that a metal or resinous ear reinforcement is inserted into a side shield of a wig base to prevent the side shield from rising from way that corresponds to the shape or size of the user's head.

In Patent Document 1, in order to prevent the wig base from rising, a rigid element, such as a metal rod and a resin element or a steel element is inserted into a part of the wig base a along a shape around the ear and then hardened with a resin material, thereby preventing the part along the shape around the ear from extending or deforming.

In a wig described in Patent Document 2, multiple thin metal rods are arranged on one side and formed in a curved shape, thereby forming a whale, and the bone is placed in a contact and pressure position of a part corresponding to the hollow on a neck part in order to prevent the neck part from rising and improving the sensation of adjustment.

In a wig described in Patent Document 3, a part of a side part, a part of a side shield connected to a front side of the side part or a central part of a nape part of a wig base is formed by a flexible network such as a polyurethane net, thereby avoiding lifting or sliding up.

In a wig described in Patent Document 4, a wig base is formed in the form of a hat to adjust to the shape of the user's head, and a regulator is arranged in a nape part of the wig base to adjust the length of the regulator, thereby making the wig base fit a shape of the user's head.

In Patent Document 5, a wig is described that can prevent a nape or side part from rising or sliding upwards, thereby obtaining a comfortable usability.

Summary of the Invention

Problem to solve

As indicated above, in relation to a wig base, several ideas have been proposed to adjust the shape of the user's head, thereby improving usability. One purpose of the present invention is to provide a wig base that can achieve a finer fit than a conventional wig base, thereby obtaining a high sense of fit.

Means for solving the problem and effect of the invention

In the wig base according to the present invention, one end of a first adjustment tape that can be expanded and contracted, one end of a second adjustment tape that can be expanded and contracted and one end of a third adjustment tape that can be expanded and contracting are fixed to three arbitrary positions on an inner surface of the wig base, respectively. Other ends of the first to third adjustment tapes are engaged in a trifurcated position.

The wig base having the configuration indicated above can be fine tuned in order to make the wig base fit on the user's head using three-way traction made with the three adjustment straps, thereby obtaining a high sense of head adjustment.

In the wig base according to the present invention, like the three positions indicated above, it is preferable to select "two positions located in an interval along a circumferential direction of the user's head" and "a remaining position located in an interior position of the wig base. ” In this case, both "an adjustment in a circumferential direction of the head" and "an adjustment in a forward forward direction of the head" can be achieved.

In the wig base according to the present invention, at least one of the first to third adjustment tapes is preferably configured such that its total length can be adjusted using a buckle or the like. If such a configuration is applied, large-scale size adjustment may also be possible compared to the case of fine adjustment simply by using an adjustment tape that can be expanded and contracted.

According to the present invention, a wig in which its fine adjustment is achieved can be provided by implanting artificial or natural hairs in the wig base indicated above.

Description of the realization

Embodiments of the present invention are explained below, with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 is a drawing for describing a basic configuration of a wig base according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 1 (a) illustrates a wig base 1 viewed from the side and Figure (b) illustrates wig base 1 viewed obliquely from the back, respectively.

«Basic wig base configuration»

Wig base 1 includes four parts as described below, and wig base 1 is formed by sewing these parts:

(a) an occipital base A that covers the occipital area of the user's head,

(b) a parietal base B connected to the occipital base A, which covers an area from the parietal zone to the syncytium zone of the user's head

(c) a lateral base C connected to the occipital base A and the parietal base B, which covers the temporal area of the user's head (it is indicated that, if the lateral base C is connected to at least the parietal base B, the lateral base C is not necessarily sewn with the occipital base A), and

(d) a base of neck part D connected to the occipital base A, which covers a line of the user's neck. A side base C that is similar to the aforementioned embodiment is also arranged on a side opposite the side, as shown in Figure 1 (a).

Each of the bases A to D may be formed by a net element, a resin material and other suitable material, which are generally used for a wig base. Although not illustrated in the drawing, a wig product can be obtained by implanting artificial or natural hairs into the base of wig 1.

«Setting the adjustment mechanism»

An adjustment mechanism with a trifurcated construction is placed on the wig base 1 as shown in Figure 1 (see Figure 2). In Figure 2, the wig base of Figure 1 is depicted from the inside out. Thus, a surface of the wig base illustrated in Figure 2 is a surface of the side that contacts the user's head (hence, the inner surface side).

The adjustment mechanism is formed by three first to third adjustment tapes that can expand and contract elastically, a ring element 40 which causes these adjustment tapes to be coupled together in a trifurcated manner. Figure 3 illustrates in detail an enlarged view of a part around the ring element 40 of Figure 2.

One end of the first adjustment tape 10 is fixed to the side base C and another end of the first adjustment tape 10 has a loop portion 11 into which the ring member 40 is inserted.

One end of the second adjustment tape 20 is fixed to the parietal base B and another end of the second adjustment tape 20 has a loop portion 21 into which the ring element 40 is inserted.

One end of the third adjustment tape 30 is fixed to the base of neck part D and another end of the third adjustment tape 30 has a loop part 31 into which the ring element 40 is inserted.

In the illustrated embodiment, the first to third adjustment tapes are configured so that they have the loop portions 11, 21, 31 folding and sewing the other ends of the adjustment tapes respectively. Then, the ring element 40 is inserted into each of the loop parts, thereby forming the connecting part in a trifurcated form.

If the other ends of the three adjustment tapes 10, 20, 30 are connected in a trifurcated position, any arbitrary form can be applied for specific embodiments. For example, three of the other ends can be sewn together in a trifurcated position.

Since three of the adjusting straps that can be expanded and contracted are connected in a trifurcated position, the wig base can be finely adjusted in order to make the wig base fit on the wearer's head using three-way traction . Specifically, an adjustment in a circumferential direction of the head can be achieved by bringing the first adjustment tape 10 and the third adjustment tape 30 to each other. In addition, adjustment in a front-rear direction of the head can also be achieved by applying a force pull up with the second adjustment tape 20.

If the adjustment is made in a circumferential direction of the head, it can give a delicate effect to the front-rear direction using the second adjustment tape 20. At the same time, if the adjustment is made in a front-rear direction, it can give a delicate effect on the circumferential direction by the first and third adjustment tapes 10, 30. Accordingly, an extremely fine adjustment can be achieved on the wig base by applying "the three adjustment tapes that can be expanded and contracted" and "the connection in a place in a trifurcated form ”, thus making a feeling of very high adjustment.

Especially, as an embodiment of "connection in a place in a trifurcated shape", if the loop portions 11, 21, 31 are arranged at the end of each adjustment tape and the ring member 40 is inserted into the loop portions 11 , 21, 31, the following advantage is obtained. Specifically, each of the adjustment tapes 10, 20, 30 and the ring element 40 are coupled together such that each of the adjustment tapes 10, 20, 30 can slide freely along the circumferential direction of the ring element 40.

Therefore, when adjusting the length of the adjustment tape using a known mechanism such as a buckle, or adjusting the position of the wig base on the head, the adjustment bands can move flexibly relative to the hoop. Consequently, the stress applied to the wig base 1 can be effectively released (hence, a deformation of the wig base can be released), and, consequently, comfortable usability can be achieved at a high level.

A specific embodiment in which the loop portions 11, 21, 31 are formed at the end of the adjustment tapes is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and any arbitrary configuration can be applied. As a shape of the ring element 40, although a circular shape is preferable, an approximately triangular or other shape can also be applied.

«Implementation to adjust the length of adjustment tape»

The first to third adjustment tapes 10, 20, 30 are formed by flexible elements and can be expanded and contracted. In addition, the total length of the second adjustment tape can be adjusted by providing a buckle 25 (thus, a reference length can be adjusted to which no external force is applied).

By applying such a configuration, large-scale size adjustment can be achieved compared to the adjustment case only using an adjustment tape that can be expanded and contracted.

To the extent that a reference length can be adjusted to which no external force is applied, one embodiment is not limited to that illustrated. Although only the second adjustment tape 20 has the buckle 25 and its total length can be adjusted in the illustrated embodiment, a configuration similar to the other adjustment bands can be applied accordingly.

As an enlarged view in FIG. 2 represents, a belt element 60 extending along a circumferential direction of the head is sewn with the base of neck part D. Without limitation to the illustrated embodiment, and provided that the position where the end of the third adjustment tape 30 is connected to the base of neck part D can be changed by providing some type of connection part at the end of the third tape of adjustment 30 and multiple corresponding connection parts on the base of neck part D, any other configuration can be applied, and a similar effect can be obtained.

Although in the illustrated embodiments, the configuration for achieving the position change applies only to the third adjustment tape 30 as mentioned above, is not limited thereto, and a configuration similar to the other adjustment bands can be applied.

With reference to Figure 4, in relation to the first adjustment tape 10 and the third adjustment tape 30, an embodiment is described to prevent its upward movement. Bands 75a, 75b have flexibility. Therefore, when the first adjustment tape 10 and the third adjustment tape 30 are pushed up by the second adjustment tape 20, the bands 10, 30 can be moved up a certain level, but they are prevented from being displaced excessively upwards (see figure 4c). The degree of such effect can be established according to the material or configuration of the flexible bands 75a, 75b.

When the size of the wig base 1 is adjusted by cutting the length of the second adjustment tape 20, the first adjustment tape 10 and the third adjustment tape 30 are shifted upwards. If the first adjustment tape 10 and the third adjustment tape 30 are displaced excessively upward, pressure is applied to the user's head, thereby reducing usability. However, it can be avoided by using bands 75a, 75b.

Although the bands 75a, 75b are applied to the first adjustment tape 10 and the third adjustment tape 30 in the illustrated embodiment, the band can be applied to one of them. Without limitation to the illustrated embodiment, and if the first adjustment tape 10 or the third adjustment tape 30 can be engaged with the occipital base A using some flexible element, a similar effect will be obtained.

A wig base (1), where: one end of a first adjustment tape (10) that can be expanded and contracted, one end of a second adjustment tape (20) that can be expanded and contracted, and one end of a third adjustment tape (30) that can be expanded and contracting are fixed to three arbitrary positions on an inner surface of the wig base (1) respectively, characterized in that the other ends of the first to third adjustment tapes (10, 20, 30) are coupled in a trifurcated position. 2. The wig base (1) according to claim 1, wherein: said three positions include two positions located at an interval along a circumferential direction of the user's head, and the remaining position being located in an interior position of the wig base (1). 3. The wig base (1) according to any of claims 3 or 6, wherein: at least one of said first and third adjustment tapes (10, 30) is engaged with the occipital base (A) with a flexible element (75a, 75b). 8. The wig base (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein: a non-slip coating is applied to an inner surface of at least one of said first to third adjustment tapes (10, 20, 30). 9. The wig base (1) according to claim 5, further including a cover element (81, 82) covering at least a portion of said first to third adjustment tapes (10, 20, 30) and an element of hoop (40). 10. A wig, which is formed by implanting artificial hairs in the wig base (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
