Abstract

A sleeve for an electric lead (9) for fitting in an electrical appliance has a kink-prevention part (1) for entry of an electric lead into the appliance and an electric lead guiding part (4) joined to the kink-prevention part (1) for extending through the interior of the appliance through partition walls (6, 7) towards a terminal plate (8). The sleeve enables an electric lead to be guided towards the terminal plate as the lead is pushed through the sleeve and thereby allows easy replacement of such a lead, even if several partition walls have to be passed through within the housing before the terminal plate is reached.
