Abstract

Una instalación de molienda para áridos, que incluye un molino vertical que dispone de una cámara de molienda (1) con un rotor (5) de eje vertical y una pared rígida (6) que circunda coaxialmente dicho rotor (5), comprendiendo la instalación de molienda una entrada de aire (7) situada en la parte inferior de la cámara de molienda (1) del molino, medios para hacer circular una corriente de aire en sentido ascendente a través de la cámara de molienda (1), desde dicha entrada de aire (7), capaz de arrastrar a la cámara de molienda (1) los finos producidos en la cámara de molienda (1) y medios de separación de los finos arrastrados por la corriente de aire, a través de los que se hace pasar la corriente de aire y los finos arrastrados por la misma; estando la entrada de aire (7) situada por debajo del rotor (5) de la cámara de molienda (1) del molino; y consistiendo los medios para hacer circular la corriente de aire en un ventilador de aspiración (8) dispuesto a continuación de los medios de separación de finos; y comprendiendo los medios de separación de finos un separador estático (2) dispuesto por encima de la cámara de molienda (1) del molino, a continuación de la misma, se sitúa un ciclón (3) y un filtro (4) de mangas en los que se efectúa la separación sucesiva de finos según los tamaños decrecientes de las partículas arrastradas, por lo que el separador estático (2) comprende dos paredes coaxiales, una pared interna (11) y una pared externa (12) entre las que se delimita una cámara central (13) y una cámara anular (14); estando la cámara central (13) subdividida en dos zonas independientes, una zona inferior (15) que desemboca en la cámara de molienda (1) y a través de la que se efectúa la alimentación del material a moler, y una zona superior (16) que está incomunicada con la cámara de molienda (1), dispone de una salida inferior (19), para la extracción de una primera fracción de partículas, y de una salida superior de la que parte un conducto (22) que conduce hacia el ciclón (3) en el que las partículas más gruesas se separan de los finos para ser extraídas a través de una tercera boca (32); y cuya cámara anular (14) desemboca inferiormente en la cámara de molienda (1) y está superiormente en comunicación con la zona superior (16) de la cámara central (13) a través de una corona (20) de álabes orientables.A grinding plant for aggregates, which includes a vertical mill that has a grinding chamber (1) with a vertical axis rotor (5) and a rigid wall (6) that coaxially surrounds said rotor (5), the installation comprising of grinding an air inlet (7) located in the lower part of the grinding chamber (1) of the mill, means for circulating an upward flow of air through the grinding chamber (1), from said inlet of air (7), capable of dragging into the grinding chamber (1) the fines produced in the grinding chamber (1) and means of separating the fines carried by the air stream, through which it is passed the air flow and the fines carried by it; the air inlet (7) being located below the rotor (5) of the grinding chamber (1) of the mill; and the means consisting of circulating the air flow in a suction fan (8) arranged next to the fines separation means; and the fines separation means comprising a static separator (2) disposed above the milling chamber (1) of the mill, following it, a cyclone (3) and a filter (4) of sleeves are placed in which is carried out the successive separation of fines according to the decreasing sizes of the entrained particles, whereby the static separator (2) comprises two coaxial walls, an internal wall (11) and an external wall (12) between which it is delimited a central chamber (13) and an annular chamber (14); the central chamber (13) being subdivided into two independent zones, a lower zone (15) that flows into the grinding chamber (1) and through which the material to be ground is fed, and an upper zone (16) which is incommunicated with the grinding chamber (1), has a lower outlet (19), for the extraction of a first fraction of particles, and an upper outlet from which a duct (22) leads to the cyclone (3) in which the thickest particles are separated from the fine ones to be extracted through a third mouth (32); and whose annular chamber (14) empties inferiorly into the grinding chamber (1) and is superiorly in communication with the upper zone (16) of the central chamber (13) through a crown (20) of adjustable blades.
