Abstract

Unidad de espejo retrovisor exterior para un vehículo a motor, comprendiendo una carcasa externa (1) en la que se monta un espejo (2), estando conectada la carcasa (1) por medio de un, miembro de acoplamiento parcialmente esférico (6) a una base (9) la cual está adaptada para ser asegurada al chasis del vehiculo, una palanca actuador, (8) fijada al miembro de acoplamiento (6), y un medio elástico(5) que conecta la palanca (8) y el miembro de acoplamiento (6) tiene una rampa (6a) provista de un medio fiador (6b) situado para interactuar, cuando la unidad de espejo, (20) se pliega contra el chasis del vehiculo, con una formación correspondiente (1a) en la carcasa (1) restableciéndose la unidad de espejo (20) a su posición normal liberando la unidad de espejo (29) a su posición normal liberando dicha formación (1a) del fiador (6b) contra acción del medio elástico (5).
