Abstract

1. Dispositivo de asidero y/o soporte con medios de fijación eventual sobre objetivos diversos, que siendo aplicable preferentemente a envases o cuerpos en los que se defina un tabique sobre el que necesariamente ha de ir practicada una ranura a través de la cual se fijará el propio dispositivo, esencialmente se caracteriza porque se constituye a partir de un cuerpo base alargado de escaso grosor en el que se determinan, al menos, dos mordazas iguales y opuestas que están separadas por un núcleo central, cuyas mordazas son abiertas por ambos laterales y por el extremo de las mismas, conformándose cada una de ellas por una pareja de alas planas enfrentadas paralelamente entre sí, de tal modo que la cara interna de tales alas están afectadas transversalmente de una pluralidad de resaltes semicirculares; con la particularidad de que del ala considerada como superior de ambas mordazas emergen extremadamente sendas proyecciones verticales unidas superiormente, sin solución de continuidad, por unala horizontal y preferentemente paralela a las referidas alas superiores de las mordazas o cara superior del cuerpo base, determinando dichas proyecciones con el ala horizontal superior un asidero de manejo del dispositivo para su fijación mediante giro sobre la ranura prevista al efecto en el objeto o envase de que trate. 2. Dispositivo de asidero y/o soporte con medios de fijación eventual sobre objetos diversos, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque los resaltes semicirculares y transversales correspondientes al ala superior de cada mordaza se encuentran ligeramente desfasados respecto de los respectivos resaltes previstos en la cara interna de la correspondiente ala inferior. 3. Dispositivo de asidero y/o soporte con medios de fijación eventual sobre objetos diversos.
