Abstract

Tapón mecánico de expansión para el calibrado interior de tubos en general del material plástico, en particular para la realización comprende un cuerpo tubular introducible en el tubo a trabajar, provisto, a lo largo de su superficie lateral, de una abertura circunferencial, caracterizado por el hecho de comprender un elemento móvil troncocónico, soportado y trazable por el interior de dicho cuerpo, en los dos sentidos, coaxialmente al mismo y sin posibilidad de giro relativo, por la acción de la primera y de una segunda series de guías equidistantes angularmente entre sí y que se desarrollan como generatrices de dicho elemento, alternadamente una con otra, e inclinadas con relación al eje longitudinal de desplazamiento; una primera pluralidad de sectores circulares, móviles radialmente en el interior de dicha abertura circunferencial, sustancialmente triangulares según una sección radial de dicho cuerpo, exteriormente curvados según la circunferencia máxima del asiento a realizar sobre eltubo, provistos interiormente de un primer apéndice acoplable a una correspondiente guía de dicha primera serie; una segunda pluralidad de sectores; asimismo móviles radialmente en el interior de, dicha abertura, sustancialmente trapeciales en sección radial, exteriormente curvados según dicha circunferencia máxima, dispuestos alternados coro los correspondientes sectores de dicha primera pluralidad con las superficies laterales inclinadas correspondientes unidas entre si, provistos interiormente de un segundo de un primer apéndice acoplable a una correspondiente guía de dicha primera serie, una segunda pluralidad de sectores, asimismo móviles radialmente en el interior de dicha abertura, sustancialmente trapeciales en sección radial, exteriormente curvadas según dicha circunferencia máxima, dispuestos alternados con los correspondientes unidas entre sí, provistos interiormente de un segundo apéndice acoplable con las correspondientes guías de dicha segunda serie que presenta de mayor inclinación que la inclinación de las guías de dicha primera serie.
