Abstract
Tunel de secado de frutos por aire caliente, caracterizado por estar constituido por un bastidor-soporte en el que apoya una cadena de transporte de fruto accionada por un moto-reductor provisto de transmisión y los correspondientes piñones y engranajes que posibilitan el movimiento de la misma y por una carcasa que cubre el tren de transporte y configura el túnel propiamente dicho, el cual comprende un recinto, superior donde se ubica un generador de calor, en unión de un ventilador que aspira aire del exterior, a través de una entrada cubierta por una persiana de lamas móviles, Y lo vehicula por un conducto provisto de deflectores que desemboca sobre la cadena de transporte que avanza en sentido contrario a la corriente de aire caliente a la vez que este conjunto es comandado por un termostato, para y enciende el quemador de acuerdo con la temperatura reinante en el interior del túnel.
