Abstract

Una disposición de agujas de nuestras múltiples para determinar la entrada en una vena cuando se recogen muestras de sangre de un paciente dentro de un recipiente, puesto en vacío, que comprende un alojamiento que tiene un extremo delantero, un extremo trasero y una cámara dentro de él, siendo dicho alojamiento translúcido al menos alrededor de la cámara, de manera tal que, dicha cámara puede ser vista por un usuario de dicho conjunto; un primer orificio de acceso a través del extremo delantero de dicho alojamiento.en comunicación de fluido con dicha cámara; una cánula que se extiende hacia fuera desde dicho primer orificio de acceso en comunicación de fluido con dicha cámara adaptado para su inserción dentro de un paciente; un segundo orificio de acceso a través del extremo trasero de dicho alojamiento en comunicación de fluido con dicha cámara; un miembro de válvula unidireccional operable, elástico, normalmente cerrado, posicionado en dicha cámara, que incluye un elemento operable adaptado para abrirse y cerrarse dependiendo de la diferencia de presiones a través de dicho elemento operable; y un tapón poroso impermeable a la sangre y permeable al aire, montado en dicho miembro de válvula y asociado con dicho elemento operable, de manera tal que dicho elemento se cierra contra dicho tapón y se abre operativamente moviéndose fuera de dicho tapón con lo cual cuando dicha cánula efectúa la entrada en la vena de un paciente, entra sangre en dicha cámara impulsando el aire allí situado a través de dicho tapón poroso, siendo la sangre en dicha cámara capaz de ser vista por el usuario a través de dicho alojamiento translúcido, estando adaptada la sangre para permanecer en dicha cámara hasta que dicho miembro de válvula se abra bajo la influencia de una presión menor junto a dicho segundo orificio de acceso.
