- 5101520253035401. Tornillo de estabilización intervertebral que comprende un cuerpo principal con un orificio axial pasante y una rosca distal de fijación a hueso, situada en un extremo distal del cuerpo principal, un cuerpo secundario proximal hueco con capacidad de deslizamiento a lo largo del cuerpo principal y un tope al recorrido del cuerpo secundario proximal situado en una superficie exterior del cuerpo principal, caracterizado porque el cuerpo secundario proximal presenta asimismo exteriormente una rosca de fijación a hueso y porque entre la rosca distal y el citado tope el cuerpo principal presenta al menos un orificio de llenado para conexión de un espacio intervertebral con el citado orificio axial.
- 2. Tornillo, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque el diámetro exterior de la rosca del cuerpo secundario proximal es mayor que el diámetro de la rosca distal.

- 4. Tornillo, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque el escalón queda formado por una variación del diámetro exterior del cuerpo principal.
- 5. Tornillo, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque comprende al menos dos orificios de llenado.
- 6. Tornillo, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el citado orificio o orificios de llenado presenta o presentan un recorrido radial.
- 7. Tornillo, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque el citado orificio u orificios de llenado presenta o presentan un recorrido diametral, con dos salidas que conectan puntos opuestos de la pared del cuerpo principal.
- 8. Tornillo, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque tanto el cuerpo principal como el cuerpo secundario proximal presentan en su extremo proximal dispositivos para recepción de una herramienta percutánea.
- 9. Tornillo, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque comprende una tapa proximal para cerrar el acceso al orificio axial una vez instalado el tornillo.
- 10. Composición para remodelación ósea que comprende un cemento óseo polimerizable y un aportador de fosfato cálcico, caracterizada porque comprende, además, un compuesto aportador de O2.
- 11. Composición, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizada porque comprende, además, un factor osteogénico.
- 12. Composición, según la reivindicación 10 u 11, caracterizada porque comprende, además, un agente de contraste.510152025303540
- 13. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 12, caracterizada porque el compuesto aportador de O2 es uno seleccionado de entre el grupo formado por: agua oxigenada, ozono y una disolución de oxígeno.
- 14. Composición, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizada porque el aportador de O2 es agua oxigenada.
- 15. Composición, según la cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 14, caracterizado porque el cemento óseo polimerizable comprende un polímero seleccionado de entre el grupo formado por polimetilmetacrilato (PMMA), bisfenol glicidil metacrilato (bis-GMA) y poli (ácido láctico-co-glicolico) (PLGA).
- 16. Composición, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizada porque el cemento óseo polimerizable comprende PMMA.
- 17. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 16, caracterizada porque el aportador de fosfato cálcico es hidroxiapatita, brushita o fosfato tricálcico.
- 18. Composición, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizada porque el aportador de fosfato cálcico es hidroxiapatita.
- 19. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 18, caracterizada porque el factor osteogénico es uno a seleccionar entre: factores de crecimiento sanguíneo, sangre entera o células madre osteogénicas.
- 20. Composición, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizada porque el factor osteogénico es un factor de crecimiento sanguíneo.
- 21. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 20, caracterizada porque el factor de contraste es un factor de contraste no iónico.
- 22. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 21, caracterizada porque el cemento óseo polimerizable está presente en una cantidad entre un 55% y un 80% en peso de la composición.
- 23. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 22, caracterizada porque el aportador de fosfato cálcico está presente entre un 15% y un 30% en peso de la composición.
- 24. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 23, caracterizada porque el compuesto aportador de O2 está presente en una cantidad igual o inferior al 5% en peso.
- 25. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 11 a 24, caracterizada porque el factor osteogénico está presente en una cantidad inferior al 5% en peso.
- 26. Composición, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 12 a 25, caracterizada porque el agente de contraste está presente en una cantidad inferior al 1% en peso.
- 27. Dispositivo de fusión intervertebral, caracterizado porque comprende al menos un tornillo de estabilización vertebral según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9 y una composición según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10 a 26.5
- 28. Dispositivo, según la reivindicación anterior, caracterizado porque comprende al menos dos de los citados tornillos de estabilización vertebral.
