Abstract
Un dispositivo médico (10) que comprende: una carcasa (36) configurada para moverse a lo largo de una superficie (11) de un tejido objetivo en una dirección longitudinal (A); una o más líneas de suministro (22, 25) configuradas para conducir aire y agua a la carcasa (36); un emisor (40) de pulsos configurado para emitir pulsos electromagnéticos hacia la superficie (11) con una frecuencia de repetición de los pulsos para producir orificios (13) de ablación en el tejido, en el que el emisor (40) de pulsos incluye componentes ópticos (41, 43, 44) y se configura para dirigir el aire contra los componentes ópticos (41, 43, 44) para mantener limpios los componentes ópticos (41, 43, 44); caracterizado por que el dispositivo médico (10) comprende además una o más boquillas (24, 27) configuradas para emitir el aire y el agua en un chorro de aire/agua para humedecer y enfriar el tejido objetivo antes de la aplicación del láser.
