Abstract

Un medio de cultivo de tenocitos que comprende aproximadamente 0,0006 % en p/v de insulina y aproximadamente 0,0002 % en p/v de betametasona, en el que dicho medio tiene la capacidad de expandir selectivamente tenocitos en cultivo.

Se realizaron 30 ciclos de PCR en un termociclador en condiciones estándar, excepto que se utilizó un tiempo de recocido de 40 segundos y la hibridación usando los cebadores de colágeno de tipo I y III se llevó a cabo a 60 ºC y 15 los cebadores de GAPDH a 62 ºC.
Las reacciones de PCR se analizaron por electroforesis y los resultados se muestran en la Figura 1. Se puede observar que los tenocitos cultivados en un medio de la invención expresan ARNm de colágeno de tipo I y tipo III, al igual que el tejido de tendón.
