Abstract

La presente patente versa sobre un sencillo procedimiento para la elaboración de un combinado de café con pimentón, el cual mediante una serie de fases y procesos descritos en la presente memoria descriptiva, da lugar a un producto final con los siguientes porcentajes orientativos en tanto por ciento en peso.#30% infusión de pimentón con té verde y miel#40% café#30% crema de pimentón y cacahuete.#El producto obtenido adquiere una superposición de colores, o no dependiendo de su forma de presentación en el mercado.
