Abstract

La invención se refiere a una cápsula monodosis para la preparación de una bebida de café, presentando la cápsula monodosis un cuerpo base de la cápsula en el que están dispuestos una estructura plana textil y una sustancia de bebida, estando prevista la sustancia de bebida para su almacenamiento en la cápsula monodosis y para la extracción en la cápsula monodosis a través de la estructura plana textil mediante agua caliente a presión, estando configurada la sustancia de bebida esencialmente en forma de polvo y comprendiendo café tostado y molido, presentando el café tostado y molido un índice de color en el intervalo de 50 a 150.
