Un sistema para sellar hermeticamente una abertura de acceso que permite el acceso a una camara adecuada para contener fluidos toxicos y/o radioactivos, incluyendo el sistema un panel de cierre movil (5) a disponer, en el uso, delante de una porcion de pared anular (8) de la camara (2) rodeando dicha abertura (3), con el fin de cerrar la abertura (3) propiamente dicha, y al menos dos juntas estancas (14, 15), que tienen una forma anular y son adecuadas para interponerse, concentricamente una con otra, entre el panel de cierre (5) y la porcion anular (8), con el fin de asegurar un sellado hermetico y definir un espacio hueco (18) entre la superficie interior del panel de cierre (5), la porcion anular (8) y las dos juntas estancas (14, 15); teniendo la porcion anular (8) un agujero (11) en correspondencia con dicho espacio hueco (18); incluyendo el sistema una camara de control (12) y un conducto (13) para conectar el agujero (11) a la camara de control (12), con el fin de establecer una comunicacion entre el espacio hueco (18) y la camara de control (12), pudiendo controlar asf el sellado hermetico del sistema, y caracterizandose porque dichas juntas estancas constan de juntas estancas de expansion dinamica (14, 15) que son adecuadas para expandirse cuando dicho panel de cierre (5) esta delante de dicha porcion anular (8).1.
