Description

Packaging assembly and packaging box
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of packaging technology, and particularly, to a packaging assembly and a packaging box.
Background
For products such as electronic products, display panels and the like, packaging and transportation directly relate to the safety of the products, and taking the display panels as an example, during transportation, the display panels need to be placed in a special packaging box, then the packaging box is placed in a vacuum bag, then the vacuum bag is vacuumized, and finally sealing treatment is carried out.
The existing packaging box is of a closed structure, when the vacuum bag is vacuumized, the space in which the display panel is placed cannot be vacuumized, so that the air pressure in the packaging box is unbalanced, the vacuum bag is likely to expand, break and leak air, and when the packaging box is transported in a large temperature difference environment, the interior and exterior of the packaging box are not uniform in expansion with heat and contraction with cold, so that the display panel is not fixed firmly, and the damage is easily caused. Meanwhile, water vapor in the packaging box cannot be pumped out, so that the display panel is easily corroded. Therefore, the storage effect of the packaging box in the prior art on products such as display panels and the like needs to be improved.
It is to be noted that the information disclosed in the above background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the present disclosure, and thus may include information that does not constitute prior art known to those of ordinary skill in the art.

Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus their detailed description will be omitted.
Although relative terms, such as "upper" and "lower," may be used in this specification to describe one element of an icon relative to another, these terms are used in this specification for convenience only, e.g., in accordance with the orientation of the examples described in the figures. It will be appreciated that if the device of the icon were turned upside down, the element described as "upper" would become the element "lower". When a structure is "on" another structure, it may mean that the structure is integrally formed with the other structure, or that the structure is "directly" disposed on the other structure, or that the structure is "indirectly" disposed on the other structure via another structure.
The terms "a," "an," "the," "said," and "at least one" are used to indicate the presence of one or more elements/components/parts/etc.; the terms "comprising" and "having" are intended to be inclusive and mean that there may be additional elements/components/etc. other than the listed elements/components/etc.
In the related art, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the packaging assembly includes a packaging box 100a and a packaging bag 200a, wherein the packaging box 100a includes a box body 1a and a box cover 2a, the box cover 2a covers the box body 1a, the display panel 300a can be placed in the packaging box 100a, and an internal space of the packaging box 100a is isolated from the outside. When carrying out the evacuation to wrapping bag 200a, the gas in the packing box 100a can't be taken out for in the packing box 100a, outer atmospheric pressure is unbalanced, probably leads to the wrapping bag 200a to rise to break gas leakage, and when transporting between the great environment of difference in temperature, the packing box 100a inside and outside expend with heat and contract with cold inconsistent, makes packing box 100a warp easily, leads to the fixed insecure and cause the damage of display panel. Meanwhile, the moisture in the packaging box 100a is liable to corrode the display panel, and thus the preservation effect of products such as the display panel is to be improved.

The box body 1 has a containing cavity 101 for containing the display panel, the containing cavity 101 has an open end 11, and the shape of the containing cavity 101 can match with the display panel, so as to put the display panel into the containing cavity 101 from the open end 11. In addition, the position of the display panel can be directly limited by the side wall of the accommodating cavity 101, and of course, the position of the display panel in the accommodating cavity 101 can be limited by clips, pads and other devices, so as to prevent the display panel from moving in the accommodating cavity 101.
The end face of the open end 11 may be provided with a rib 12, the rib 12 may be of an annular structure and surrounds the accommodating cavity 101 for a circle, and a certain distance is provided between the outer wall of the rib 12 and the outer edge of the open end 11. Of course, the rib 12 may have a straight structure, and the open end 11 may not be formed with the rib 12.
As shown in fig. 5, the cover 2 can cover the open end 11 and can be in sealing fit with the open end 11 so as to shield the accommodating cavity 101, and the material of the cover 2 can be the same as that of the box 1, but of course, other materials can be used. The lid 2 may comprise a cover plate 21 and a rim 22, wherein:
the cover 21 may have a flat plate-like structure, and the edge of the cover 21 may be flush with the outer surface of the case 1. The frame 22 may be a ring shape, which may be disposed on the cover plate 21 for shielding the surface of the box body 1, and is disposed along the edge of the cover plate 21, and the outer wall of the frame 22 may be flush with the edge of the cover plate 21. Meanwhile, the cover plate 21 and the frame 22 may be an integral structure, or may be an independent structure connected by bonding, clamping, or using a screw to connect.

Each air port 221 may also communicate with each air vent groove 121 through the air guide groove 222, forming an air flow passage communicating the accommodation chamber 101 with the outside.
Third embodiment of the package of the present disclosure
The outer surface of the rib 12 and the inner surface of the frame 22 can be provided with air guide grooves 222, and reference is made to the first and second embodiments, which will not be described in detail herein, as long as each air port 221 can communicate with each air guide groove 121.
Fourth embodiment of the package of the present disclosure
The air guide grooves 222 may be a plurality of straight grooves, which may be opened on any one of the outer surface of the rib 12 and the inner surface of the rim 22, and each air port 221 is communicated with one air vent groove 121 through only one air guide groove 222.
In other embodiments of the disclosed package box, when the box cover 2 covers the box body 1, the air ports 221 and the air grooves 121 may be arranged opposite to each other, so that the air flow channel extends linearly without the air guide grooves 222. Further, the air flow passage may be a through hole opened in at least one of the case 1 and the case cover 2.
