Abstract

Biorreactor para la multiplicación de levaduras y bacterias lácticas constituido por un tanque (1) con entrada (9) y salida (10) de producto a tratar, en cuyo seno se establece un eje (2) vertical con aletas de agitación (3) asociado a una transmisión (4), controlada por un motor eléctrico (5), estableciéndose en el seno del tanque (1) difusores (12) conectados a un circuito de aire a presión, circuito en el que se interconecta un sistema de filtrado y esterilización del aire, incorporando un sistema de control de temperatura mediante flujo de fluidos refrigerantes a través de una pluralidad de camisas perimetrales (13), controlados mediante bomba y electroválvula, por las que se hace pasar un fluido refrigerante o agua glicolada, y un circuito calefactor en el que participan una serie de resistencias eléctricas (14), todo ello controlado por el autómata del cuadro de control (6).
