Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema (12) de bomba para su uso con un sistema (10) de colector solar que se utiliza para calentar un fluido de transferencia de calor, que incluye un tanque (13) de almacenamiento y el sistema (12) de bomba que tiene una primera y segunda bombas (12.1, 12.2) dispuestas en paralelo que pueden bombear el fluido de transferencia de calor desde el tanque (13) de almacenamiento hasta un colector (11) solar, de modo que si una bomba falla, la otra bomba puede funcionar, en donde la salida de la primera bomba (12.1) y la salida de la segunda bomba (12.2) se conectan a una disposición (12.3) de válvulas, por lo que, cuando la primera bomba (12.1) opera, la salida de la segunda bomba (12.2) se cierra sustancialmente por el flujo de la primera bomba (12.1) y cuando la segunda bomba (12.2) opera la salida de la primera bomba (bomba 12.1) se cierra sustancialmente por el flujo de la segunda bomba (12.2). La invención también proporciona una válvula (12.3) para un sistema (12) de bomba que tiene dos bombas (12.1 y 12.2) y que permitirán el retro- drenaje de un fluido bombeado, la válvula (12.3) incluye un cuerpo (12.31) que tiene primera y segunda lumbreras (12.32 y 12.33) para conectarse respectivamente a salidas o conductos de bomba respectivos desde las salidas, y una tercera lumbrera (12.34), por lo que, cuando una bomba bombea, la tercerano bombean, la tercera lumbrera es una entrada al cuerpo. La invención también proporciona un sistema (10) calefactor de agua que tiene un circuito(100, 200, 300, 400, 500) primario para suministrar un fluido de transferencia de calor caliente a un intercambiador (14.1) de calor, el cual suministra calor a un circuito (600, 700, 800, 900) secundario que tiene agua potable en el mismo, en donde el circuito (100, 200, 300, 400, 500) primario incluye al menos una bomba (12.1, 12.2) para circular el fluido de transferencia de calor hasta y a través del intercambiador (14.1) de calor, y un sistema de control para controlar la operación y la tasa de flujo de salida de al menos una bomba (12.1, 12.2), caracterizado porque el sistema de control mide la temperatura, o una indicación de la temperatura del agua potable después de que ha dejado el (intercambiador 14.1) de calor, para controlar la tasa de flujo de salida de al menos una bomba (12.1, 12.2). La presente invención también proporciona un aparato (14) de intercambiador de calor que comprende un armazón (14.85) para soportar al menos dos intercambiadores (14.1) de calor, entre un conducto (900.19) de entrada y un conducto (600.1) de salida, en donde al menos dos intercambiadores (14.1) de calor tienen conexión al conducto de entrada y de salida en paralelo, la conexión es mediante válvulas (14.95) de aislamiento y forman una entrada de suministro de líquido y salida de líquido caliente, y cada intercambiador de calor tiene conexión de fluido, mediante válvulas (14.95) de aislamiento, hasta un circuito primario para recibir un fluido de transferencia de calor para transferir calor al líquido, caracterizado porque al menos uno de los intercambiadores de calor se presenta en una capacidad 5 redundante.
