Abstract
Con el fin de proporcionar un dispositivo de aparato de cocción genérico con mejores propiedades en lo relativo a una gran precisión de medición, se propone un dispositivo de aparato de cocción con al menos una unidad de medición (12a-d), la cual presente al menos un elemento sensor (14a) y al menos un elemento de blindaje (16a-d) que esté previsto para blindar el elemento sensor(14a) en gran medida o por completo con respecto a al menos un campo electromagnético.
