Abstract

Disco abrasivo multiangular para máquinas lijadoras.#Permite proporcionar varios ángulos de trabajo en una sola herramienta para lijar/pulir piezas con material de abrasión de distinto tamaño y/o tipo, estando dicho material dispuesto ubicado en planos de inclinación distintos, evitando tener que sustituir y reponer continuamente el disco abrasivo, o tener que adquirir varias máquinas lijadoras, comprendiendo el disco abrasivo (1) un soporte (10) giratorio dotado de un eje o agujero central (2) para su acople y accionamiento, donde dicho soporte (10) tiene una pluralidad de anillos (11, 12, 13, 14) concéntricos, que se extienden radialmente desde el eje central (2) hacia el perímetro exterior del soporte (10); estando dichos anillos (11, 12, 13, 14) concéntricos ubicados en ángulos de inclinación ({al}1, {al}2, {al}3) distintos entre sí, respecto a un plano horizontal (H) del soporte (10); y donde dichos anillos (11, 12, 13) tienen un material de abrasión (G1, G2, G3) adherido y/o encolado en su superficie.
