Abstract

Dispositivo mejorado de sujeción de clavos para usarse en un dispositivo ortopédico de fijación externa que comprende un miembro de cuerpo adaptado para montarse a dicho dispositivo de fijación externa, una primera abertura que atraviesa dicho miembro de cuerpo dimensionada para recibir en la misma un clavo, una segunda abertura que se extiende a porciones de pared en forma de V 36 y 38 y miembro separados de fijación de clavo 50, produce una fijación positiva través de dicho miembro de cuerpo alineada con y orientada. perpendicularmente a dicha primera abertura, que incluye una porción perforada ampliada que se inicia en un extremo de dicha segunda abertura y que termina en un punto separado del extremo opuesto de dicha segunda abertura, y un miembro de fijación colocado deslizablemente dentro de dicha porción perforada ampliada que incluye una abertura de recepción del ave orientada paralelamente a dicha primera abertura incluyendo dicho miembro de fijación medios para alternar dicho miembro de fijación dentro de dicha porción perforada ampliada para hacer que dicha abertura de recepción de clavo y dicha primera abertura contacten apretadamente lados opuestos de un clavo introducido por dichas aberturas, caracterizándose el dispositivo de sujeción porque presenta un rebaje en forma de V formado sobre porciones de pared opuestas de dicha abertura de recepción de clave y dicha primera abertura, contactando tangencia dichos rebajes dicho clavo en posición discretas a lo largo de diámetro de dicho clavo para aplicar una fuerza de corte a dicho clavo para fijar positivamente dicho clavo en dicho dispositivo de sujeción de clavos.
