Abstract

Un procedimiento para recristalizar desmetilclorotetraciclina, que comprende poner en contacto desmetilclorotetraciclina bruta con urea acuosa, añadir Ion sulfato a la misma para ajustar el ph de la solución a un ph de entre aproximadamente 0,5 y 2,5, de manera que se forme un complejo de desmetilclorotetraciclina-urea-sulfato, y recuperar el complejo así formado.
